Burrito Bus: Sneak Peek At Menu, Parking Spot

We told you we would continue to update you on the progress of Palm Harbor's newest restaurant, the Burrito Bus Cantina and Margarita Bar.

When we stopped by, staff training sessions were underway.

We were told that they're now shooting for an opening this weekend, or possibly Friday at the earliest.

We did get a sneak peek at the menu (see photos). The restaurant will also serve breakfast.

The Burrito Bus Cantina and Margarita Bar will be open 24 hours a day on Fridays and Saturdays.

It will also have a fun feature. Customers can order their food from a large burrito bus that will be parked on the patio. The bus was originally yellow, but has been painted green, red and white. A parking area and stop sign marks where the bus will park (see photos).

Sunday through Thursday: 6 a.m. To 11 p.m.
