Kids Invited to Paint with the Elephants

Children from across the Tampa Bay area will paint  with a Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey  Pachyderm outside of  the Glazer Children’s Museum at Curtis Hixon Park. The Ringling Bros.Pachyderm Picasso event will take place on Dec. 28 at 10:30 a.m. Up to 50 kids can participate in this unique opportunity to paint alongside an elephant. 


Following the painting party, the fun continues inside the museum as parents and children along with our Ringling Bros. Ambassadors of Laughter perform CircusFit®. The fun, interactive program combines the fun of circus skills with stretching, strength building and aerobic exercise.


The Glazer Children’s Museum is a fun family place where children Play, Discover and Connect to the world around them to develop as lifelong learners and leaders. With more than 170 fun and challenging ‘interactivities’ in multiple themed areas, there’s something for the whole family to explore. The first 50 children to register at the museum on Dec. 28 will be able to paint. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and the line is expected to form early. Normal admission to the Glazer Children’s Museum applies to the CircusFit event. The Glazer Children’s Museum is located at 110 W Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa FL 33602.
