Florida Hospital Receives National Honor For Patient Experience

PALM HARBOR, FL -- Florida Hospital, soon to be AdventHealth, announced that Florida Hospital Palm Harbor Emergency Room and Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel have received the 2018 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for achieving and sustaining excellence in the category of patient experience.

The award for both emergency and inpatient services is measured through random, voluntary patient surveys and the scores are measured against hundreds of hospitals and emergency rooms across the country. This is the first time Florida Hospital Palm Harbor ER has received the honor.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is the highest achievement from the organization in the category of patient experience. This is the third time Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel has received the Guardian of Excellence Award for its inpatient services.
