Jail Bookings of Palm Harbor Residents: Aug. 17 to 23

The following report shows charges associated with Palm Harbor residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Aug. 17 and Aug. 23, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

Aug. 17

• Stephen O'Neil Coker, 45, of the 31000, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Gregory Robert Mericle, 59, of the 3900 block of Hastings Ct, was charged with misdemeanor battery on a spouse. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Eric Matthew Muskatevc, 31, of the 500 block of Village Way, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked and DUI. He was released on his own recognizance. 
• Lora Thurston Zeiler, 33, of the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue, was charged with felony DUI and one count misdemeanor DUI. She was released on bond.

Aug. 18

• Dianna Lynn Ciletti, 49, of the 2800 block of Country Woods Lane, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Kimberly Ann Cubbage, 43, of the 31000 block of U.S. Highway 19 N, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.
• Heriette Cabrera Furigay, 27, of the 2300 block of Clubside Court, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. She was released on bond.
• Zane Thomas Gavin, 22, of the 2100 block of Orange Pointe, was charged with felony battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Joseph J. Lejkowski, 65, of the 3800 block of Talah Drive, was charged with misdemeanor DUI involving property damage. He was released on bond.
• Samuele Metitiero, 52, of the 1400 block of Buckeye Lane, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. He was released on bond.

Aug. 19

• Aaron Martin Dyer, 37, of the 1700 block of Arabian Lane, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violation of a driver's license restriction.  
• Alia Ann Siglain, 41, of the 2200 block of Orange Side Road, was charged with felony petty theft (based on two prior convictions). She was released on $2,000 bond.
• Gregory Robert Mericle, 59, of the 3900 block of Hastings Court, was charged with misdemeanor battery upon a spouse. 
• Roy Anthony Waytowich, 30, of the 1900 block of Citrus Hill Road, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft and violation of probation for carrying a weapon openly.

Aug. 20

• Michael Christopher Cusack, 43, of the 500 block of Still Meadows Circle W., was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Aug. 21

• Ryan Patrick King, 21, of the 100 block of Overstreet Court, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Marco Joshua Santiago, 31, of the 1400 block of Seagull Drive, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked and felony violation of probation for grand theft.  

Aug. 22

• Steven John Silva, 42, of the 2200 block of Alternate U.S. Highway 19, was charged with misdemeanor driving while a license is suspended or revoked. 

Aug. 23

• Louis Joseph Week, 25, of the 100 block of Lifestyle Blvd., was charged with DUI.
