Man Airlifted After Fall in Palm Harbor

The patient was transported to Palm Harbor University High so a Bayflite helicopter could land to pick him up and take him to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.

A man was airflighted to Bayfront Medical Center Wednesday afternoon after he fell from a one-story roof, according to a Palm Harbor Fire Rescue spokesperson.

Palm Harbor Fire Rescue crews responded to the incident which happened in the 1500 block of Georgia Ave.

The man was transported to nearby Palm Harbor University High, so the Bayflite helicopter could land to pick him up and take him to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.
