PALM HARBOR, FL — A 28-year-old Palm Harbor was arrested after being accused of placing a hidden video camera in his landlord's bathroom.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, on Wednesday a 58-year-old woman called deputies after she noticed a USB-charging hub in her bathroom. She didn't recognize the device so she showed it to a friend who told her it was a hidden camera. The woman reviewed the files on the camera's micro SD card and found multiple videos of herself and her 18-year-old daughter undressing and showering.
She also found videos of 28-year-old Joshua Riffel, a tenant in her Palm Harbor home, installing and adjusting the angle of the hidden camera as well as a video of him masturbating in the shower.
