• Thomas Merrick, 45, 5:52 a.m., domestic battery, aggravated assault, domestic battery by strangulation, $7,500
• Ronald Louis Johnson, 41, 5:48 a.m., no valid driver's license, threatening a public servant, DUI, $5,750
