Construction crews are adding 18 more parking spaces on the east side of the building.
This is also where the drive-through book drop used to be located. The drive-through book drop is closed, but two parking spaces have been set aside for people who need to drop-off books.
The drive-through book drop will re-open August 15, which is when construction is expected to be completed.
