Sons of the American Revolution Clearwater Chapter award Flag Certificate to Les Olson Jewelers

PALM HARBOR, FL - On June 2, 2021, the Sons of the American Revolution Clearwater Chapter awarded a Certificate of Commendation for the Display of the Flag to Robert and Pamela Shinsky, the owners of Les Olson Jewelers in Palm Harbor. The Sons of the American Revolution delegation was composed of Chapter President James Grayshaw, Historian/Publicist Harry Fuller, and Ladies Auxiliary members Margaret Harris and Susan Grayshaw.

Les Olson Jewelers has served the Palm Harbor community for over 25 years. In March 2020, Robert and Pamela Shinsky moved their business from Alderman Plaza on US 19 to 1210 Nebraska Avenue located in Old Downtown Palm Harbor. The United States Flag is displayed on the north side of the building facing Nebraska Avenue.

The Sons of the American Revolution may present a Certificate of Commendation for the Display of the Flag to businesses, individuals and organizations who regularly and properly display the Flag of the United States. In order to be considered, the potential recipient must follow the rules of the United States Flag Code. For information about the Code, go to www.usa.gov/flag.
