Attention boaters!
If you use the Sutherland Bayou Boat Ramp you'll need to find a new place to launch your boat.
This change is temporary. The Sutherland Bayou Boat Ramp will be closed the week of July 15 while construction crews repave the ramp area.
The crew members we spoke with Tuesday say the project could be delayed if we get heavy rain.
There's another public boat launch at Pop Stansell Park.
We will be sure to let you know when the project is completed.
