Troy David Deloach was riding an ATV in Bethel, Alaska when he crashed on Thursday evening.

3) Woman Threatened Neighbor with Shotgun During Spat, Deputies Say Ksenija Rajcevic, 44, of Palm Harbor said, "I'm loading it now and I'm a very good shot," as she loaded shells into her shotgun, according to an arrest affidavit.
