 "Old Palm Harbor Main Street has decided to focus more on promoting the Old Palm Harbor Historic District, which happens to be the mission of the board," said Palm Harbor Community Services Agency (PHCSA) Director Erica Lynford.
Now that Ugies has closed, the 2,786-square-foot space, which is visible from U.S. 19, is available for lease along with all of the restaurant equipment inside, which also includes chairs and tables.

6)Â Telemarketing Ring: Palm Harbor Men Plead Guilty, Avoid Jail
Palm Harbor residents Stephen Grannan, 57, and Justin Kirk Jones, 45, were among 18 people accused of bilking more than $2.8 million from people in 41 states, according to the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
7) Weddings and Events to Continue at White Chapel and Harbor Hall Â
