Unemployment Rises for June in Pinellas

The unemployment rate in Pinellas County for June was at 7.1 percent , compared to 6.7 in May,according to TBN Weekly.
The raise in unemployment may be caused by the seasonal rate, which has teachers unemployed for the summer months.
The Tampa metropolitan area unemployment raised in June as well, going up to 7.2 percent from 6.9.
