It is good the US now has limited availability to Covid-19 vaccine doses. So do Britain, Canada, Mexico, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia. Also the EU is claiming 1.9 Billion doses from various companies.
That does not include the large-scale vaccination programs underway in Russia and China. So why are some saying it is only due to Trump that the vaccination program is available in the US? Look, I get it, he was a cheerleader for a vaccine. He should have been. That is one part of being a President.
What I don’t get, is ignoring the rest of the world.
U.S. Population: 331 million people
World Population: 7,800 million people
We are less than 5% of the world population, yet we seem to think the world revolves around us. Have we returned to the dark ages where the universe revolved around the flat earth? Let’s just throw all knowledge and science out if it doesn’t meet our convenient narrative.
This is a big world, with 20 times more humans living outside the U.S. than inside. Most of the largest companies traded in the stock market average 60% of their revenue from outside the U.S.

It does not make us worth less, if we acknowledge other’s importance at the same time. Complete Nationalism is not a new idea. The reason it is not practiced anywhere is because we all live on the same rock floating through space. We could not stop personal and economic interactions between all countries if we tried. So let’s just accept the idea of a connected world and use it to our advantage.
