PHOTO: Who Knew Palm Harbor Has So Many Spider Lovers?

It appears as though we have some Palm Harbor residents who are not afraid of spiders.

Why do we say this?

Because Palm Harbor residents keep sending us photos of the creepy-crawly critters!

The most recent photo was sent to us by Connie Haile. She writes-

"I saw your picture that you posted of Jim's Spiny Orb-Weaver.... I have three in my yard. This one is on my back porch. Their webs are most interesting. The main structure is diamond-shaped and then in the center of the diamond is the traditional round web. They are quite interesting. I call them smiley face spiders. This spider's spikes were black for the longest time, but have finally turned red. - Just wanted to share my photo with you."
