Woman Threatened Neighbor With Shotgun During Spat, Deputies Say

A Palm Harbor woman faces a felony charge of aggravated assault after deputies say she threatened a neighbor with a shotgun.
The incident happened around 6:10 p.m., July 20 on Margie Street in Palm Harbor, according to an arrest affidavit.
Deputies say Ksenija Rajcevic, 44, was arguing with her neighbor when she brought her 12-gauge shotgun outside onto her front porch.

Rajcevic said, "I'm loading it now and I'm a very good shot," as she loaded shells into the shotgun, according to the affidavit.
The neighbor told deputies he feared for his safety and believed he was going to be shot.

No one was hurt during the incident.
Deputies arrested Rajcevic and charged her with one count of felony aggravated assault. She was released from the Pinellas County Jail after posting $5,000 bond.
