Young Professionals Host Leadership Forum
Hooters Co-Founder Ed Droste will be the keynote speaker at this event.

Five local chamber of commerce groups will come together for a leadership forum later this month.
The "Excellence in Leadership Forum"Â event is being presented by The Bay Area Young Professionals group and includes members from the Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Upper Tampa Bay chamber of commerce groups.
The keynote speaker will be Ed Droste, co-founder of Hooters. Brooke Bennett, 3-time Olympic Gold Medalists will be the emcee for the event.Â
The leadership forum will take place on Aug. 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and explore new business opportunities, help members expand their
connections and elevate their careers and learn firsthand what it takes to reach the top, according to a press release from the professional group.
The young professional group consist of members from 21 to 40 years of age.
The forum will take place at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 North McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater. To register for the forum go to the Young Professional's website. The cost will be $5 at the door if not pre-registered.
