3 Injured In Thanksgiving Day Crash
One of the victims from a Thanksgiving Day crash had to be extricated from the vehicle by Miami-Dade first responders.

MIAMI, FL — Three people were injured in a Thanksgiving Day crash in southwest Miami-Dade, one of them seriously. That victim had to be extricated from one of the vehicles, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
The crash occurred shortly after 4:30 p.m. at SW 157th Avenue and SW 42 Street.

"When units arrived, E37 and R37 found a patient trapped inside one of the vehicles," according to a spokesperson for Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. "The technical rescue unit E37 had to extricate the patient performing a side out and dash lift."
The victim was taken to a trauma center.

Two other victims were treated on the scene but were not taken to the hospital, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
