Spooky New Burger King Sandwich For Halloween

MIAMI, FL — Burger King promises to feed our nightmares with this year's spooky Halloween sandwich. The "Nightmare King" features a one-quarter pound of flame-grilled beef and a 100-percent white meat crispy chicken fillet, thick cut bacon, melted American cheese, mayo, and onions piled freakishly high on a "glazed green" sesame seed bun.

The new sandwich will be available starting Monday while supplies last and they are literally the stuff upon which nightmares are fed.

"This is the first year the brand has done a green bun, however, in 2015 Burger King released the Halloween Whopper with a black bun," a Burger King spokeswoman told Patch.

She said that the Nightmare King promises to be a monstrous smash.

"Customers have not tried the product yet, however, we have received a lot of excitement and anticipation around the product," she said. "We anticipate this being a big hit for Halloween."

If that's not enough to give you nightmares, you can wash it down with the chain's "Scary Black Cherry" ice drink.
