MIAMI, FL — Two Ohio tourists got more of a thrill than they hoped recently at a Miami area adult store, according to police. The twenty-something visitors found themselves victims of an armed carjacking after befriending two locals. One of the two men who allegedly stole their 2000 Nissan Altima was arrested, but police are asking for the public's help in finding his alleged accomplice.

"The victims were in town on vacation from Ohio and visited an adult book store in the area of NW 36 Street and NW 26 Avenue," explained Detective Alvaro Zabaleta of the Miami-Dade Police Department. "While at the adult book store, the victims met two males and engaged in conversation, agreeing to drive the two males home."

The Youngstown residents were surprised to find that one of the men pulled out a handgun and the other a knife during the car ride.

Thirty-one-year-old Efrain Fuertes was subsequently taken into custody shortly after the May 29 incident and he is facing a charge of armed carjacking.
