He said that he has been receiving lots of interest in the home in the days leading up to Simpson's nationally televised parole hearing but most of the calls have been from journalists. "Today is crazy," Ramirez said, noting that the house has had two owners since Simpson lost the home to foreclosure, including the present owner who is selling the home for undisclosed reasons. "The house is all new — the floors, kitchen, bedrooms, air-conditioning."

It even has a guest house though Ramirez said he did not believe it was ever used by Kato Kaelin.

Ramirez confirmed that the owner recently reduced the price by $49,100 to make the property more attractive to potential buyers.
