Silver Alert: Missing 76-Year-Old Man In Miami-Dade

MIAMI, FL — Miami-Dade police have issued a silver alert for a 76-year-old man who never returned from an errand on Monday. John Robert Kirkus was last seen driving a white Chevrolet Impala on Monday. Kirkus was last seen in the 31300 block of SW 192 Avenue.

"The missing and endangered person is diagnosed with dementia," Miami-Dade police said on Tuesday afternoon. "On June 25, 2018, he went to a store near his home, but did not return home. He has not contacted any family or friends and may be in need of services."

The Impala has Florida license plate 4008UX.
