License-Free Fishing: The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is waiving the saltwater fishing license requirement for all recreational anglers - residents and visitors - on Sunday, September 1.

‘World’s Largest Food Truck Rally’: Enjoy live entertainment and plenty of food as dozens of food trucks rally at the Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 U.S. 301, on Saturday, Aug. 31.
