The following report shows charges associated with residents arrested by Treasure Island Police and Indian Shores Police and booked at Pinellas County Jail. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.

July 30

Kimberly Beuchert, 32, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with simply battery. She was released from jail on a $500 bond.

David Garcia, 27, of Tampa, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with a DUI. He was released on his own recognizance. 

July 31

Owen Rudenis, 25, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with battery of a law enforcement officer. He is awaiting trial.

Aug. 1

Tara Johnson, 42, of Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with battery on a person 65 year of age or older. She is awaiting trial on a $1,000 bond 

Thomas Pick, 31, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with domestic battery by strangulation, grand theft and disorderly conduct. He is awaiting trial on a $150 bond. 

Nicole Szulczewski, 32, of Redington Shores, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with possession of hydromorphone and possession of paraphernalia. She is awaiting trial on a $60,030 bond. 

Aug. 2

No bookings reported. 

Aug. 3

William Harris, 43, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with three counts of sleeping/camping in a public place. He was released from jail after time served. 

Thomas Whalley, 52, of Madeira Beach, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with simple battery. He was released from jail on a $500 bond. 

Patrick Nolf, 58, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence. He was released from jail after time served. 

Aug. 4

Matthew Devoid, 37, of Niceville, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Aug. 5

Skyler Albright, 19, of Madeira Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear. He is awaiting trial on a $7,500 bond. 

Amanda Vanover, 30, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with domestic battery. She was released from jail on a $1,000 bond.
