Police: Man Pulls Hair From Woman's Head

Treasure Island Police said after a victim refused to give 52-year-old Michael Stillwell another woman's phone number he attacked her. 

According to Stillwell's arrest affidavit, Stillwell woke the victim up, put his hands around her neck, pushed her to the ground and pulled hair from her head. 

Police said the victim sustained injuries to her knees and scratches on her should and chest. She refused medical assistance following the July 3 incident. 

Stillwell is charged domestic battery by strangulation and felony battery.

According to jail records, Stillwell was previously charged with grand theft in March of 2012. He has been charged with battery in 1994, 2003 and 2004.
