Police: Man Slaps Victim for Calling Son 'Weird'
Joseph Henderson, 50, of Treasure Island, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with burglary and simple battery.

Treasure Island Police have arrested a man that allegedly entered the home of the defendant without permission and smacked the victim with his hand after the victim had allegedly called the suspect's son 'weird.'

According to the arrest affidavit, Henderson opened the front door to the home without knocking or being invited around 11 a.m. June 30.
He then allegedly grabbed the victim's leg and got within one inch victim's face. Police said he then smacked the right side of the victim's face for "calling the defendant's son weird."
Police said the victim, who was not identified in the affidavit, has no visible injuries.Â
