Police: Woman Hit Victim with Picture Frame

Treasure Island Police arrested a St. Petersburg woman April 27 after she allegedly hit another adult with a picture frame. 

Valerie Quinones has been charged with aggravated domestic battery with a deadly weapon.

She was released from jail on a $5,000 bond. 

The arrest affidavit said Quinones intentionally hit the unidentified victim, "by smashing a pane of glass from a picture frame" across the victim's face. 

Authorities said the victim sustained a visible laceration over victim's left eye.
