Reclaimed Water Service Interruption Scheduled For Repair Project

The project on Pass-A-Grille Way will temporarily interrupt service for St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille and Tierra Verde.

ST. PETE BEACH, FL – A construction project on Pass-A-Grille Way will temporarily interrupt reclaimed water service to a portion of St. Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grille and Tierra Verde.

Pinellas County Utilities scheduled a shutdown of the reclaimed water supply line in that area for Monday, Feb. 20 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to continue the replacement of a 16-inch reclaimed water supply line.

The project is located at 31st Avenue and Pass-A-Grille Way in St. Pete Beach.

Customers in the area have been notified of the interruption in service via message boards in the area. Direct notification using e-mail was also made to homeowner in Tierra Verde.

The continuation of the project was scheduled for Feb. 20 because the South County reclaimed watering schedule does not allow for unincorporated Pinellas County residents to use reclaimed water on Mondays.
