A worthwhile project

I would like to ask any of you that might be interested or know of anybody who has the interest and resources to contribute to/invest in a worthwhile enterprise where HUD approved units (either one bedroom houses - there's room for 10 or 12 on the land available - or a 5 story apartment building) to establish a fund. One unit could be built to begin with and the project could proceed from there as funds grow and become available. It is difficult to get government funding for a start up operation that is why I am appealing to you.
