Best Barbecue On Tap At Plant City Pig Jam
The highlight of the jam is the Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned barbecue competition featuring contenders from around the country.
PLANT CITY, FL — Prepare your taste buds for some memorable barbecue.
The 17th annual Suncoast Credit Union Plant City Pig Jam will take place Nov. 22-23, featuring barbecue meals and other food items, live entertainment, a rock-climbing wall, moon walks and vendors booths.
The highlight of the jam is the Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned barbecue competition featuring contenders from around the country vying for professional and amateur division awards for best ribs, pork, beef brisket and chicken.

There will be live music on two stages throughout the event including the David Sprouse Band, the Double Barrell Band and Skyler Clark.
The festival will run Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Randy Larson Softball Four-plex, 1401 Gordon Food Service Drive, Plant City. Admission is free and parking is $5.
