Florida Strawberry Festival Concert Tickets Go On Sale Thursday

PLANT CITY, FL -- If you've been dying to see Steven Tyler or Willie Nelson perform live, here's your chance.

Tickets to the Florida Strawberry Festival's headline entertainment shows on the Wish Farms Soundstage will go on sale Thursday, Dec. 6 at 8 a.m. Tickets for each show can be purchased online, over the phone at 813-754-1996 or at the Amscot Main Ticket Office located at 2209 W. Oak Ave. in Plant City.

More than 20 shows including Steven Tyler, Kool & the Gang, Martina McBride, NEEDTOBREATHE, Chris Janson, STYX, ALABAMA and Willie Nelson comprise the variety of entertainment offered in the 2019 lineup.

"It's always a challenging-yet-exciting process to select the headlining entertainment," said Florida Strawberry Festival President Paul Davis. "We work hard to secure the best entertainment for all of our guests. We aim to please and I think we've done just that."

Advance tickets for admission are also available beginning Thursday and can be bought while purchasing tickets for shows. Advance admission tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12 years old and children 5 years old and under are admitted free with a paying adult.

The 84th annual Florida Strawberry Festival will take place Feb. 28 to March 10 in Plant City.

The 11-day community event celebrating the strawberry harvest of Eastern Hillsborough County attracts more than 500,000 visitors each year. In addition to the headline entertainment, the festival features a midway, youth livestock shows, exhibits of commerce and, of course, strawberry shortcake.
