Maryland Man Seriously Injured In Crash On Interstate 4

A 22-year-old Maryland man was seriously injured when he drove his car into the back of another vehicle and spun out.

PLANT CITY, FL — A 22-year-old Maryland man was seriously injured when he drove his car into the back of another vehicle and spun out, slamming into a concrete barrier on Wednesday at 11:55 p.m.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the Maryland man was speeding east on Interstate 4 near McIntosh Road when he crashed a car in front of him driven by a 42-year-old Land O' Lakes man.

The Land O' Lakes man sustained minor injuries.
