PLANT CITY, FL -- The Florida Strawberry Festival has announced that Tampa Bay's own Pitbull Toddler will perform on Sunday, March 3 in place of Steven Tyler & The Loving Mary Band.

The former lead singer for Aerosmith announced earlier this month that he is canceling his performance at the Strawberry Festival "due to unforeseen circumstances."

Disappointed fans can get refunds on their tickets at their point of purchase. Purchases made by credit card through the Strawberry Festival will be automatically credited within three to five business days.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Steven Tyler & The Loving Mary Band will no longer be
able to perform at the upcoming Strawberry Festival,” according to a band representative.
The 11-day event’s entertainment committee is working on a plan to fill the open slot for the
7:30 p.m. show on Sunday, March 3.

Tyler's cancellation, however, is good news for Pitbull Toddler fans.

"Pitbull Toddler is a popular rock band that has been performing in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade," said Florida Strawberry Festival President Paul Davis. "We are disappointed that Steven Tyler & The Loving Mary Band could not make it. But Pitbull Toddler really knows how to entertain and will put on a phenomenal show."
