Harbor Views: Otter Chaos

Well, we've got a new creature to add to the pantheon of animals that have been featured on Safety Harbor Patch.

Reader Paula McGarrah recently uploaded a couple photos of this otter to our Pics and Clips gallery, and I have to say it's a great addition to our Patch animal kingdom.

The furry guy joins a list that includes birds, manatees, dogs, cats, armadillos, more birds, raccoons, possums (and did I mention birds?) in this feature.
