Although, I really enjoy their music, there is another side I didn't know before purchasing
tickets to their concert. Guess I just didn't keep up with the news
about lead singer, Dan Reynolds, new cause - LGBTQ rights.
Cleverly, Imagine Dragons had 14yr old sensation Grace VanderWaal as their
opening act for the 2018 tour. So just as the headline stated "lighting a
fire under a new generation". Our Uber driver said he had never seen so many young kids at a concert.
From the Tampa Bay Times, by Jay Cridlin:
"Review: Imagine Dragons light a fire under a new generation at Tampa’s MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre
'My mind has been boxed for many years, but now I am free," Reynolds
told a sold-out crowd of 19,500 Friday at Tampa's MidFlorida Credit
Union Amphitheatre. "I need the validation of no man. No judgment has
any means upon my heart or my mind because I know my truth.'
And there it is "I know my truth"! Yes, I have my truth, she has her
truth and you have your truth. No judgment, no truth truer than another,
therefore no absolute truth so anything goes!
Parents beware of the subtle twisting of young fragile, impressionable minds.

The clip below is of Dan Reynolds on the Ellen DeGenres show. He
recounts feeling guilt and shame for doing what felt so good and
beautiful! Conclusion; no guilt, no shame, no sin!

Other than that, the music was good, great at times and the staging light show spectacular!
Once upon a time a generation believed the music giants of their time,
the Beatles had the truth. Many learned the hard way that sex, drugs and
rock & roll did not lead to nirvana but pain, prison and even
death.
There is only one who Is the way, the truth and the life!
Only the Lord Jesus can set us free from guilt, shame and sin. The true
abundant life!
