Latest Safety Harbor Utility Billing Rate Increases Now In Effect
The increases are for water, sewer, stormwater and sanitation services.
SAFETY HARBOR, FL — On Dec. 19, 2016, the Safety Harbor City Commission adopted multi-year rate increases for stormwater, water, and sewer services per ordinances 2016-27, 2016-28, and 2016-29.
On Jan. 6, 2020, the Safety Harbor City Commission adopted multi-year sanitation service rate increases per ordinance No. 2019-26.
