Safety Harbor Jail Bookings: Aug. 20 - 26

The following report shows charges associated with residents arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and booked at Pinellas County Jail. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.

Aug. 20

Esmeralda Chavez, 35, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with no valid drivers license. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Aug. 21

Jason Noel, 37, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with felony battery and possession of marijuana. He is awaiting trial on a $150 bond. 

Karen Vest, 51, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with refusal to submit to testing and DUI. She was sentenced. 

Aug. 22

Drew Girling, 21, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with violation of parole for two counts of possession of marijuana and two counts of selling marijuana. He is currently awaiting trial. 

Robert Macgregor, 53, Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with two counts simple battery. He was released from jail on a $1,000 bond. 

Aug. 23

Jose Ornelas, 25, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Randi Patton, 28, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with refusal to submit to testing, DUI and driving with a suspended license. She was released from jail on a $1,000 bond. 

Aug. 24

Gary Hutchins, 47, of Safety Harbor, was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and charged with possession of marijuana and a DUI. He was released from jail on a $650 bond.
