Woman Charged with Stealing from Walgreens

The woman was also charged with possession of cocaine.

A Safety Harbor woman was arrested and charged with theft of a Walgreens, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. 

Kimberly Jencik, 36, allegedly stole make-up, personal hygiene products, ear phones and a USB port from the Walgreens at 2519 McMullen Booth Road. 

According to the arrest report, Jencik allowed Pinellas deputies to search her bag, which is where they found the stolen items. 

Jencik, the arrest report said, told authorities she stole the items because "she is in (an) abusive relationship."

While searching her bag, deputies said Jencik appeared under the influence of narcotics. Inside the bag authorities found a small box that had cocaine in it. 

Also inside her purse were "many" needles, burned brillo pads, used straws with residue, string and a mirror with with residue with a credit card to cut it up, the arrest report said. 

Jencik has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, sale of hydromorphone, possession of hydromorphone and possession of cocaine.
