Highlighted Transaction: 

Lemon Avenue Properties, LLC has leased 1,257 square feet of office/retail space at 1509 State Street, in downtown Sarasota, to Advanced Fitness of Sarasota.  DeLieto & Associates, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, facilitated the transaction.

Advanced Fitness also has a location on 4582 Ashton Road.

Sales:

David & Joy Bailey have sold a 1,920 square foot office building at 2929 Sterling Lane, in Sarasota, to Kevin Hohnwald.  Sale price was $220,000.  Massey & Lancaster, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, facilitated the transaction. 

Leases:

Vesta Equity, Inc. has leased 1,218 square feet of office space at 1348 Fruitville Road, in Sarasota, to Blue Skies Forever, Inc.  Susan Goldstein, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the lessor.  Melissa Harris, of Ian Black Realty Inc., represented the lessee.

Fresh Ads Media, LLC has leased 680 square feet of office space at 2170 Main Street, in downtown Sarasota. Massey & Lancaster, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company facilitated the transaction.

Jerica Garcia has leased 665 square feet of retail space at 1650 Main Street, in downtown Sarasota.  Massey & Lancaster, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, facilitated the transaction. 

Brazos XX, LLC has leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 6202 Clarity Court, in Sarasota, to Porter, LLC.  Roberta Kolton, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company, represented the lessor.  Bill Rex, of Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented the lessee.

Brazos XX, LLC has leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 6218 Clarity Court, in Sarasota, to Porter, LLC.  Roberta Kolton, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company facilitated the transaction. 

Visioning Health Care has leased 660 square feet of office space at 5500 Bee Ridge Road, in Sarasota.  Massey & Lancaster, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company facilitated the transaction.

Patsy Roberts has leased 165 square feet of office space at 1290 N. Palm Avenue, in downtown Sarasota. Massey & Lancaster, of the Commercial Division of Michael Saunders & Company facilitated the transaction.
