The West Palm Beach estate boasts 180 feet of waterfront.
Comedian Rosie O’Donnell is planting roots in the West Palm Beach area following the purchase of a $4.9 million estate on the Intracoastal Waterway.
O’Donnell, a former Sarasota resident and former host on “The View,” closed on the house at 3100 N. Flagler Drive late last month, the Palm Beach Daily News is reporting.
The home, built in 1957, and since renovated, boasts 7,592 square feet of living space, according to Zillow.com. It features six bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, along with a private guest house. It also has two indoor fireplaces, two loggias with outdoor fireplaces, a heated pool and spa, and a waterfront view courtesy of 180 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway.

O’Donnell owned a home on Sarasota’s Casey Key for a time, but sold it earlier this year for a cool $5.3 million. The sale came shortly after O’Donnell filed for divorce from Michelle Rounds.
O’Donnell plays the role of Rita Hendricks in the ABC Family series “The Fosters.”
