Switch Wireless Solutions, LLC has leased a 2,095 +/- square foot retail space located at 4776 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota from the Landlord; Circuit Investors #2 LTD for a cellular phone store.  Gail Bowden with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.

James & Julia Harn have purchased a 3,072 +/- square foot industrial flex warehouse condominium located at 779 Commerce Drive, Unit #10 for $130,000 from the Seller; Liberty Savings Bank, FSB.  Jim Walter with Richardson, Klieber, Walter represented the buyer and Tony Veldkamp, CCIM with Sperry Van Ness  Commercial Advisory Group represented the Seller.
