Once upon a time, this property at 4420 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota was home to a Rita's Water Ice and a Blimpie sub shop. But it's stood empty for several years, a shell of exposed concrete that sticks out on an otherwise busy stretch of commercial properties.
