Wow House: LeBron James' Miami Mansion Up for Grabs

The home hit the market for a cool $17 million.

LeBron James is making his move from the Miami Heat to the Cleveland Cavaliers official by putting his sprawling Coconut Grove estate on the market.

The waterfront property has an asking price of $17 million, according to NBC.

Located at 3590 Crystal View Court in Miami, the home covers 12,179 square feet, according to Zillow.com. It boasts an infinity pool with a waterfall and a private dock on Biscayne Bay. The dock can accommodate two 60-foot yachts.

With six bedrooms and 8 ½ baths, the estate also has its own movie theater, wine cellar and a guest home. It’s described by Zillow as “one of the most spectacular Bayfront homes in Miami.”

James has already reported for the Cavaliers’ training camp. He made headlines Friday for missing the first practice of that camp due to a sore back, Cleveland.com reported. The absence, however, was described as “insignificant” by coach David Blatt.
