Florida Aquarium Offering Military Members Free Admission for Memorial Day Weekend

During Memorial Day weekend, The Florida Aquarium is inviting members of the military to spend the holiday at the attraction and check out a new exhibit called "Stingray Beach."

The promotion at the aquarium, 701 Channelside Drive, applies to any active duty, retired or drilling reservist or National Guard member, who will receive two free admission tickets for themselves and a guest. Additional family members of up to four people receive $10 admission.

Those who attend are encouraged to visit Stingray Beach, where they can stroll on the boardwalk, touch species of stingrays and sharks and get close to local shore birds.

The free promotion is valid from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. from May 25-27.
