North Himes Avenue To Close For Railroad Maintenance May 9-11

TAMPA, FL -- Motorists can expect a full road closure in both directions on North Himes Avenue from West Busch Boulevard to Colwell Avenue beginning at 5 a.m.on May 9 and continuing through May 11.

The closing is to accommodate CSX railroad crossing maintenance. Normal traffic patterns are expected to resume following completion of the maintenance.

This closure is expected to impact traffic. Barricades and signs will direct traffic. Drivers are encouraged to seek other routes. The recommended detour is North Himes Avenue to West Waters Avenue to North Armenia Avenue to West Busch Boulevard.
