The billboard went up this week and it promotes Tampa-based Zeno Office Solutions’ new "Penny a Print" program. The program gives businesses a free printer with unlimited toner and maintenance - the businesses only pay for paper, along a penny per print.
Tampa is the first market for this national campaign. The billboard will rotate to other locations in Tampa over the next six months, and then to other cities. The billboard was designed by Tampa branding and advertising agency Schifino Lee.

Last week, the 120,000 pennies were shined and glued by hand to twelve 4-foot panels. Then, the panels were placed on the billboard on Monday, April 30.
