TAMPA, FL -- Tampa Police are seeking information about the driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash Wednesday.

At 8:42 p.m. on April 10, 33-year-old woman was struck while riding a moped north on Nebraska Avenue, approaching East 112th Avenue, when she hit a pedestrian. The impact ejected the woman from the moped and she landed in the northbound lanes of Nebraska Avenue where she was struck by at least one vehicle but possibly two.

The driver or drivers did not stop after hitting her.

The moped driver was transported to the hospital where she died.
