For a limited time, Station House, Hyde House and Bay 3 at Armature Works have teamed up to deliver their inspired spaces and amenities in one package. Members will receive 24/7 access to all three locations, complimentary conference room hours at your home co-work, exclusive member discounts and more.
Perched above Armature Works with unobstructed views of the Hillsborough River, Bay 3 is a flexible coworking environment offering memberships, communal areas, dedicated desks and private offices. Bay 3 offers an array of amenities with contemporary design and AV technology to create an energized work environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups and out-of-town business professionals.

Located in downtown St Petersburg and established in 1911 through its historic designation as a fire station and hotel, Station House combines modern styling and technology with five versatile floors, three of which are coworking and office space.
Created by Station House exclusively for Hyde Park Village, Hyde House is the largest tenant in the newly constructed H Building with 30,000 square feet of private offices and workspace with a veranda at the highest point of the village. It offers a fitness and photo studio, auditorium, test kitchen and 10,000 square feet of event space.
