9-Year-Old Struck By Stray Bullet; Tampa Police Seek Witnesses
Tampa police detectives have identified several people of interest in Thursday night's shooting that injured a 9-year-old child.
TAMPA, FL — Tampa police detectives have identified several people of interest in Thursday night's shooting that injured a 9-year-old child.
Just after 8 p.m., a fight broke out between two groups at 30th Avenue and 54th Street North in the Grant Park area and gunfire was exchanged. The child was struck by a stray bullet.
He was conscious when he was taken to the hospital and is now in stable condition.
