TAMPA, FL — Real estate management firm JLL announced Tuesday that the firm has completed a lease for a new regional office on behalf of leading engineering and architecture firm Burgess & Niple for 18,700 square feet at Tower Place in Tampa’s Westshore submarket.

After spending the past 20 years at an office in Carrollwood, the Ohio-based company made the decision to relocate to the Westshore submarket with the new office lease starting in January. With this move, the national engineering firm is doubling the size of its current office space and positioning the business for continued growth across Florida.

Caleb Lewis, managing director at JLL, completed the new office lease on behalf of Burgess & Niple at 1511 N. Westshore Blvd. The building’s owner, Highwoods Properties, was represented by Brad Heeter and Laurie Alden.

“Burgess & Niple appreciates JLL’s knowledge of the Tampa market conditions and guiding us to our new home at Tower Place. We are very excited to see our new office space become a reality and become a space to be for our employees and clients,” said Angelo G. Belluccia, Burgess & Niple district director for Tampa. “We look forward to our expansion and providing places to collaborate and technologies deployed creating new opportunities and competitive advantages."
